Rawa Fried Fish

RAWA FRIED FISH


Ingredients

Fish [Pomfret]

Salt for seasoning

½tsp Turmeric

1 lime 

1 tsp Ginger and garlic paste

Oil to fry

50 gm Rawa [semolina] 


Method:

1.       Clean and cut the fish into pieces
   
2.       Marinate the fish with salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and lime juice. And keep aside for half hour

3.        Heat oil in a frying pan.

4.       Coat the marinated fish with rawa.

5.       Deep fry the fish till golden brown.

6.       Serve with lime wedges and sliced onion.
