Beer Batter Fried Calamari

BEER BATTER FRIED CALAMARI


Ingredients:
4 Large Calamari
2 tablespoon Refined Flour
1 tablespoon Rice Flour
1 Egg
60ml Beer
Salt To taste
Black Pepper Powder for Seasoning
Ginger Garlic Paste
Oil to Deep Fry

Method:

-          Clean the Calamari and cut into rings.
 
-          Marinate with salt, black pepper and ginger garlic paste.

For batter.
-          Mix refined flour, rice flour, black pepper powder, salt, egg and beer to make a thick batter.
  

-          Heat oil in a frying pan.
-          Mix the calamari in the batter and fry till golden brown on high flame.
-          Serve hot.
