Beer Batter Fried Calamari
BEER BATTER FRIED CALAMARI
Ingredients:
4 Large Calamari
2 tablespoon Refined
Flour
1 tablespoon Rice
Flour
1 Egg
60ml Beer
Salt To taste
Black Pepper Powder for Seasoning
Ginger Garlic Paste
Oil to Deep Fry
Method:

Clean the Calamari and cut into rings.

Marinate with salt, black pepper and ginger
garlic paste.
For batter.

Mix refined flour, rice flour, black pepper
powder, salt, egg and beer to make a thick batter.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Mix the calamari in the batter and fry till
golden brown on high flame.

Serve hot.
