Prawns Chili Fry
PRAWNS CHILI FRY
Ingredients
300gms Prawns
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
Salt to taste
Garlic Paste for Marinating
1 Capsicum
4 Green chilies
1tsp Turmeric powder
6 Garlic Clove
Coriander for Garnish
Method: 
1.      
Clean the prawns and marinate the prawns with
salt, turmeric and garlic paste.
2.      
Dice the onions, tomatoes, capsicum and keep
aside. Chop green chilies and garlic.
3.      
In a sauce pan heat oil. Add the diced onions
and stir fry for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and green
chilies. Sauté.
4.      
Add the diced tomato and turmeric powder
continue to cook for 2 minutes.
5.      
Add the prawns and mix well. Finally add the diced
capsicum and cook till the prawns are well done. Check for seasoning.
6.      
Serve hot in a bowl. Garnish with chopped
coriander leaves.
