Beer Batter Fried Calamari

BEER BATTER FRIED CALAMARI Ingredients: 4 Large Calamari 2 tablespoon Refined Flour 1 tablespoon Rice Flour 1 Egg 60ml Beer Salt To taste Black Pepper Powder for Seasoning Ginger Garlic Paste Oil to Deep Fry Method: -           Clean the Calamari and cut into rings.   -           Marinate with salt, black pepper and ginger garlic paste. For batter. -           Mix refined flour, rice flour, black pepper powder, salt, egg and beer to make a thick batter.     -           Heat oil in a frying pan. -           Mix the calamari in the batter and fry till golden brown on high flame. -           Serve hot.

CRISPY CORN KERNELS Ingredients: 200gms Corn Kernels 1 ½  tablespoon Corn Flour 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder Salt to Taste 3 Cup Water  Oil to Fry Chaat Masala [Optional] 2 Green Chilies Method: -           Heat water in a sauce pan. Add corn kernels once the water starts to boil and cook for 4 minutes. -           Drain the water and let the corn cool. -           Heat oil in a hollow pan. -           Add corn flour and pepper powder to the corn kernels and mix. -           Put the corn in the oil and fry till crispy.
