[Pork]
Ingredients:
500gms Pork with
bones
1 chopped Onions
1 chopped Tomatoes
2 chopped Green
chilly
Ginger and Garlic
Paste
6 Cloves
1 Cinnamon
8 Kokum Peels
7 Pepper corns
1tsp Chili powder
2tbs Garam masala
powder
½ tsp. Turmeric
powder
A pinch of Sugar to
taste
30ml Coconut vinegar
1 cup Water
Oil
Salt to taste
Pepper powder
Method:
1.
Wash the pork and marinate with salt, pepper
powder, vinegar, garlic and ginger paste
.
2.
Heat oil in a sauce pan, add cloves and cinnamon
sticks and let it crackle.
3. Add onions and sauté till light brown. Add tomatoes,
ginger garlic paste, green chilies and sauté.
5.
Mix the marinated pork in the pan and sauté for
2-3 minutes.
6.
Add water and cover the sauce pan with a lead. Leave it on medium heat for 40 minutes.
7.
Taste for seasoning. Serve hot.
