Chicken Pakora Bites
CHICKEN PAKORA BITES
Ingredients:
250gms Boneless
Chicken
Salt to Marinate
Lime juice
Oil to fry
For Batter
2 tablespoon Besan
Flour [Gram Flour]
1 tablespoon Corn
Flour
1 Egg White
½ teaspoon Black
Pepper Powder
2 teaspoon Red Chili
Powder
½ teaspoon Cumin
Powder
½ teaspoon Garam
Masala Powder
½ teaspoon Coriander
Powder
3 Curry Leaves
1 Green Chili
Salt
A pinch of Red Food colour
[optional]
1 teaspoon Ginger
Garlic paste
Water
For Tadka
2 Dried Red Chilies
1 teaspoon Mustard
Seeds
8 Curry Leaves
A Pinch of Hing
Oil
Method:

Wash the chicken and cut it into small cubes.
Marinate the chicken with salt and lime juice.

For batter

Chop the curry leaves and green chilies finely.

In a bowl add besan, corn flour, red chili
powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic
paste, black pepper powder, salt, red food colour, egg white, chopped curry
leaves and green chilies, mix all the ingredients by adding little water.

Mix the chicken in the batter and let it
marinate for half hour.

Heat oil in a fryer [kadai]. Deep fry the chicken
till done.

For tadka

Heat
little oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let it crackle. Add dried red
chili, curry leaves and a pinch of hing. Sauté for 20 seconds and add the
fried chicken and toss.

Serve hot with a Lime wedge.
