Crispy Corn Kernels
CRISPY CORN KERNELS
Ingredients:
200gms Corn
Kernels
1½ tablespoon
Corn Flour
1 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder
Salt to
Taste
3 Cup Water
Oil to Fry
Chaat
Masala [Optional]
2 Green
Chilies
Method:

Heat water in a sauce pan. Add corn kernels once
the water starts to boil and cook for 4 minutes.

Drain the water and let the corn cool.

Heat oil in a hollow pan.

Put the corn in the oil and fry till crispy. Cover
the pan with a lid while frying.
