Crispy Corn Kernels

CRISPY CORN KERNELS

Ingredients:
200gms Corn Kernels
1½ tablespoon Corn Flour
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
Salt to Taste
3 Cup Water 
Oil to Fry
Chaat Masala [Optional]
2 Green Chilies



Method:
-          Heat water in a sauce pan. Add corn kernels once the water starts to boil and cook for 4 minutes.

-          Drain the water and let the corn cool.

-          Heat oil in a hollow pan.
-          Add corn flour and pepper powder to the corn kernels and mix.

-          Put the corn in the oil and fry till crispy. Cover the pan with a lid while frying.

-          Serve hot with chopped green chilies, chaat masala [optional] and lime wedge.
