Pork Ribs Goan Style Ingredients: 8 Pork Ribs 20 grams Pork fat Salt to taste 15ml Coconut Vinegar ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper powder ½ Mug Water 1 Chopped Onion 1 Chopped Tomato For Masala: 10 Dried Red Chilies 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder 4 Cloves of Garlic ½ Ginger 1 Dried Bayleaf 10 Black Peppercorns 6 Cloves ½ Cinnamon stick A pinch of Sugar ½ teaspoon Coriander seeds 60 ml Coconut Vinegar 30 ml water Method: - Clean and wash the pork ribs.
